Why does NoWonline grant a discount?

	Customer loyalty is important for us. In addition to our services such as the sourcing of parts and products according to your wishes, we therefore offer our customers an attractive discount system.

How can I get a discount?

	Everytime at the beginning of the year, your volume of sales of the previous year is used to re-calculate your discount.

How can I redeem the discount?

	At level 2 - "Payment Information" of the order process simply chose "Discount" in the bonus box.

Is the discount valid for all goods?

	No. Due to our very narrow price calculation, we kindly ask you to understand that can not grand a discount for special offer articles. Nevertheless, the turnover of special offer articles is taken into account for the determination of your discount rate for the following year.

Why can I not see the bonus box?

You can only see the bonus box, when a voucher action is active or you are already authorized to redeem a discount.

Accretion of discount
Turnover is the invoice amount WITHOUT taxes and shipping costs.


	For each EUR 200,- annual turnover we grant you +1% discount, up to 10% total discount. For the calculation of the discount, ALL turnovers of the observation period are taken into consideration. This is also valid for turnovers of special offer articles!
Example:
	The sum of all amounts ("Net amount") of your sales volume of the previous year is EUR 622,53 --> Therefore your discount rate for the current calendar year is 3%.


For clubs, associations, communities of interest, ...

	For clubs and associations, we grant a start discount of 5%. Please send us your proof of association to rabatt@nowonline.at or via fax to +43 (0)2252 56411. Then you will get a discount code and enter it in your customer account. The further accretion is equal to those of regular customers.
Example:
	The sum of all amounts ("Net amount") of your sales volume of the previous year is EUR 622,53 --> Therefore your discount rate for the current calendar year is 8%.

IMPORTANT NOTICES:

Your discount rate is newly calculated every year! It is therefore not possible to take across the rate to the next year!
Discounts are shown net on the invoice!
There is no legal title to redeem a discount!
We reserve the right to change the discount rate at every time without giving reasons!
