How our voucher-system works

• I got a gift voucher for "NoW online Modelling" from somebody. How can i redeem it?
• 1. Log in with your eMail address and your password in the "Login Here"-box at NoW online.
  2. Click "General Information" in the "My Account Info"-box (right)
  3. Click "Top up my credit (redeem a gift voucher)" and send the code of every gift voucher separately. Your credit will be updated by the corresponding value.
• How can i pay with my credit now?
• You have to do nothing. Your credit will be used for your orders automatically until it is over. On the invoices there will be a notice about this, too.
• Where can i see my current credit?
• 1. On the page "Top up my credit" you can always check your current credit
  2. If you are logged in, you can always see your credit in the "My Account Info"-box. If it is exhausted, there will be no more comment about it.
• Can i pay even reduced articles with the gift voucher?
• Yes. It doesn´t matter which items you want to buy. Your credit is valid for all products you can buy at NoW online!
• I already have a voucher code from my last purchase. Can i redeem it even i have a credit yet?
• Yes. Gift voucher are like money in cash. You use your credit independent on which bonus (discount or voucher code) you want to use further.

• Vouchers can not be redeemed for cash
• There is no legal title for redemption of a voucher code
• Credit will not bear interest
• Every gift voucher can redeemed only once
• The credit is always in EURO and therefore it is equal to the effective offical notation of the EURO
